Data Deletion Request

Looking to request the deletion of your account information?

Here's how:

Option 1: Automated Request

Log into the website or mobile application
Go to the "My Account" page/screen and scroll to the bottom
Click on "Request Account Deletion"

Option 2: Manual Request

Email us at info@campaignscribe.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the following information:

Your first & last name
Your email address

We will send a validation email to your email address to validate your identity prior to deletion.

Upon deletion, all data related to your account - including character statistics, audio transcripts, and images - will be deleted. Player characters that are linked to the player's Campaign Scribe accounts will be removed. Images created within your account that characters have set as their avatar image will not be deleted.
